For over 150 years now, we - the Mantler family - have been producing quality flours in the Kamptal, one of the oldest cultural regions in Europe. We noticed early on that more and more people are sensitive to gluten or suffer from coeliac disease. For us, the needs of our customers are always at the centre of our attention, which is why we have been looking for a solution.

After a long and intensive research and testing phase, we have succeeded and, with our decades of experience, have developed a gluten-free universal flour that, in addition to its excellent tolerance, also has great baking properties.

The Mantler Blends

For the retail trade and end user consumers, we currently offer five gluten-free products in 1 kg packs.

In addition to the universal flour, there are four flour blends with which various baked goods can be made in no time at all.

Simply good!

In our bakery, we are constantly developing new recipes for breads, cakes, biscuits and pastries. We bake with love - but always without gluten. According to the "ready-to-use" principle, the Sponge & Cake Mix and the Biscuit Mix can be turned into delicious gluten-free treats or elaborate creations in a flash. The optimal solution when things have to happen fast - and at the same time an excellent basis for new baking ideas.

Our packaging consists of 100 % paper and can (with the exception of the airtight aroma packaging of the biscuit mix) be disposed of empty in the waste paper.
